Copy the passcode from the joining email or enter the passcode manually (this can be any characters) and click on the join the meeting button. Copy and paste the ID into the join meeting box and click the Join box. The supplied ID may look something like this:Ĩ97 0272 1655.
The easiest way to do this is to copy the ID from the email sent from the meeting organiser and paste it into the ID box. The meeting ID must be entered into the meeting ID box. The 'join meeting request window' will display the applicant's name in the box marked 'Name'. Clicking on the Join box will display your request to join the meeting on the meeting organisers screen. When the 'Enter meeting passcode box' is displayed copy the passcode from the joining email or enter the passcode manually and click on the 'Join meeting' button.
